Abstract:

Proposed that fluidity and polymorphism are the essence of content, and that
polymorphism serves for fluidity. Traditional books, newspapers, magazines, radio and television
are all in decline because content has found the Internet as a faster path of distribution. In the
commercial society, good content is to find the most economical path to achieve the fastest
distribution. Content flow efficacy can be used to measure the distribution of content. It satisfies
the specific needs of users through the adjustment of flow efficiency and effect variables. From
a business perspective, content service providers can configure the flow efficacy to define the
content flow path, meet the specific needs of users and make money. Therefore, it is important to
ensure the fluidity of content and to leverage content flow efficacy to innovate business models.
