Abstract:

As an important part of the construction of teaching materials of national authority，

the content supervision and quality control of digital educational resources service platform still

exists with backward concept of content supervision， insufficient understanding of the connotation

of supervision， unsound supervision system， inefficient supervision and implementation. In this

regard， this paper proposes that the digital educational resources service platform should be

shifted from a single content audit to comprehensive content governance and comprehensive

supervision. Based on the theory of media regulation， this paper discusses the principles and

boundaries of content regulation of digital educational resources service platforms， and describes

how to build a regulatory system from the dimensions of two-level regulation， multi-dimensional

review and human-computer collaboration.
