It is difficult to radicate and preserve stable boundary lines of property rights in copyright system. By stimulating and paying back to rightholders， the primary purpose of copyright is designed to realizing public welfare maximum of works， embodied in cultural participatory function and democratic politics function. As determiming the boundary of copyright， we should transform from single-subject model to plural-subject model for realizing the distribution ethics of copyright interests among authors， communicators and users. As far as copyright are concerned，the path to subject matter for locating focal point of copyright functions is a vague historic conception which is difficult to define the boundaries of copyright and it can not resolve the focal point dilemma of copyright functions once and for all. The path to controlled object ( behaviors of works use ) is always through the main line of focal point of copyright functions. Dissemination is the uppermost utilization pattern of works. Strategies of Copyright Protection on Notice to Contributors  Yao Jiejiing　Peng Hui Publishing Journal    2013, 21 (1): 8-14.   Abstract （1484）      PDF（pc） （7163KB）（947）       Knowledge map    Save Notice to contributors is the important legal determination of rights and obligations between authors and journals.Therefore, the content of notices to contributors plays a very important role to strike the interest balance between authors and journals.The paper investigated 100 notices to contributors of CSSCI Journal and found that email submission is the most popular contributor means; feedback period of journals is generally much longer than statutory 30 days;47 notices are opposed to the behavior that one paper submitted to several journals at the same time; 53 notices concerns to whether they would pay authors royalties;89 notices didn’t involve the issue about publication fee; 42 notices didn’t involve the right to modify;41 notices didn’t involve the right to disseminate on internet;only few of journals signed copyright transfer contract with the authors.Those reflect there are also improvements for notice to contributors in China. First, cooperation between the local compilers and the Chinese language teaching experts helps successful compiling of refined localized Chinese textbooks. Second, contrastive analysis of Thai and Chinese may help to project the surface features and in-depth features of the localized textbooks in the composing parts of the textbooks. Besides, adaptive use of different pedagogies should be made to help teaching. Furthermore, a corpus can ensure that localized textbooks are designed with proper difficulty. Analysis of h-Index and Its Influencing Factors of Journals about Neurology and Psychiatry Wang Zhijuan etc. Publishing Journal    2013, 21 (2): 71-73.   Abstract （1391）      PDF（pc） （3212KB）（381）       Knowledge map    Save 36 journals about neurology and psychiatry from China Journal citation reports(expansion edition 2011) were chosen in our study. The relation between h index and literature metering indicators was measured by Spearman correlation analysis. Multivariate egression analyze the influencing factors of h index， as the dependent variable， and the literature metering indicators as independent variables. Statistical correlation was noted between h index and total citation frequency， inpact factor (IF)， immediacy index， quantity of literature， and the highest degree was total citation frequency， followed by immediacy index，IF，and quantity of literature.Multivariate egression analysis indicated that total citation frequency was the independent risk factor for h index.
