Abstract:

Germany digital publishing laws have some characteristics in the perspective of legislation, judicature and enforcement, copyright protection; protection of minors and digital content administrates. In the future, Germany digital publishing laws will present tendencies such as continuing to focus on protecting traditional publishers' interests; appropriately loosening library patrons' right of fair use and properly restricting rights of copyright collective management organizations.
