Research on the Relationship between Managerial Pay Differential and Firm Performance for Culture Industries Manager

Abstract:

Based on the tournament theory, the paper used 64 group panel data during 2009—2011 from listed firms of culture industries to test the relationship between the gap of managerial paymeist and corporate performance, the result shows that there is no support that was found for this theory.
