From Training Paradigm to Development Paradigm : The Paradigm Transformation of
Editors’ Continuing Education and Its Implementation Path in China

Abstract:

Taking paradigm transformation as the gap for reform and innovation, the move
from training paradigm to development paradigm should become the main theme of the
future development of editors’ continuing education in China. In order to realize the paradigm
transformation, the system and mechanism of editors’ continuing education in China should be
reconstructed, and multi-dimensional transformations should be realized on multiple paths such
as the orientation of values, development goals, and training notions, with the purpose of the
implementation of the continuing education for the future.
