Abstract:

Putting social benefit first has always been the fundamental principle for the existence

and development of academic journals in China. In the new era, the development paradigm of

“high-quality content + convergence publishing and communication” is the way to guarantee and

improve the social benefits of academic journals, and it is also the realistic need for academic

journals to take on the mission of The Times. The establishment of development paradigm is a

complex system, and the establishment of mechanism is essential. Following the rules of publishing

communication, the paper tries to build the operation of the mechanism ：ideological work

responsibility mechanism, the high quality manuscript school group work mechanism, convergence

publishing and communication mechanism, high-quality professional editing team to establish,that

ensures the overall effectiveness of the “four dimensional integration” architecture, and becomes

a practice paradigm that enhance the quality of academic journal social benefit.
