Abstract:

Children publications’ content has illegal incorrect and inappropriate problem，

which means violating legal provisions， existing value and intellectual errors， and showing

uncivilized and unaesthetic. These three types of problems should be corrected according to three

types of justified principles ： legality reasonableness and maximizing the interests of children，

which means children publication content should obey the legal provisions， conform with core

values scientifific and common sense， and protect the interests of children as much as possible.

Correcting unjustified content in children publications requires various institutional safeguards，

mainly from the following four aspects ： diversification of supervisory bodies， open inspection

procedures， effective withdrawal mechanisms， and standardization of judicial activities.
