Abstract:

Publishing is a conscious social activity. The political value of publishing is rooted
in the level of consciousness, thought and belief, and the cultural value is rooted in the level
of the country, society and people. It involves the complex relationship between the publicity,
authenticity and heterogeneity “pluralism” publishing culture and the authoritative, tendentious
and discourse “monism” ideology. Publishing needs to grasp the “tension” between monism
and non-mainstream ideology and anti-mainstream pluralism ideology; The game between the
pursuit of“industry” interests and the cultural mission of “cause” is increasingly fierce. In the
environment of ideology, economic interests and cultural mission, the social, media and public
values determine the intrinsic value of publishing. The pursuit of publishing value is the logical
“pluralism” of practical activities with multiple cultural attributes, and the logical “monism”
of the concept of multiple social attributes. The pursuit of publishing value follows the unified
value of “class nature - people nature”, the progressive value of “group symbol - individual
consciousness”, and the action logic of “supervision right - freedom right”. Among them, the
unifified value is the fundamental value, the progressive value is the core value, and the combined
value is the load value.
