Abstract:

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, theme publishing has successfully

explored a new path by innovating the old pattern of simply emphasizing political attributes under

the planned economic system. It takes serving and cooperating with the national political work

center as the core, and makes efforts to expand the way to carry out the political mission of theme

publishing. Taking the socialist market economy as the support, making efforts to enhance the

vitality of the theme publishing market. With the support of new technology, focus on exploring

the integrated publishing mode of thematic publishing. With the support of opening to the outside

world, making efforts to promote the theme publishing “going out” constitutes a mode of theme

publishing with a core and three major supports.
