Abstract:

The technological knowledge service platforms developed and operated by

domestic science and technology publishing houses are generally facing the problems such

as covering limited subject areas， small scale， updating slowly and so on. Whereas the

new content creation and discovery method of knowledge community based on blockchain

technology has great reference value for solving the above-mentioned problems. This paper

proposes and demonstrates a design scheme of a new scientific and technological knowledge

service system based on Steemit blockchain. The new system adopts a variety of innovative

modes such as“platform + community”，“

Token incentive”，“hot start”and the like. It can

facilitate the traditional scientific and technological knowledge service platforms to get over the

current difficulties and to achieve sustainable and high-quality development theoretically.
