Abstract: Literary publishing in the Jinchaji Border Region overflowed to a certain extent fromthe standardization of literary publishing in Yan’an, and did not form a “bookstore-ized” and“integrated” literary publishing system as expected, but rather showed more flexible and diversecharacteristics of wartime publishing. This stems from the difference in the specific situationof the two struggles, with the Jinchaji Border Region having a more urgent and direct need forpropaganda against the enemy. Under the centralized, unified, and flexible leadership of theCCP, the Jinchaji Border Region presented a more diverse face of literary publishing, unlike thenormalization and transformation of literary publishing in Yan’an around 1942.
