Abstract:

Based on the basic characteristics of Norway, this study outlines the nation’s book
industry, compares the government’s publication support policies covering the demand,
production, retail, and consumption of books, and summarizes the experience of Norwegian
book translation and dissemination abroad in terms of strategic layout, financial subsidies,
international communications and information openness, in order to discover how the central
government’s support, the publishing industry’s self-awareness, and regional cross-regional
linkages have contributed to the development of Norwegian culture. In addition, this study
summarizes the experience of Norwegian book translations abroad in terms of strategic layout,
fifinancial subsidies, international exchange, and open information dissemination, and explores the
practical value of the central government’s support, the publishing industry’s consciousness,
and regional cross-regional linkage for overseas translation and cultural promotion, with a view to
providing a reference for the “Integrity”
“Innovation” and “going abroad”of Chinese culture’s
