Abstract: The development of mobile reading industry faces some problems that need to be further explored. This paper takes reading Apps and WeChat public accounts as main research objects. From the perspective of content production， the paper points out high-quality contents in short supply， lack of design innovation， vulgar contents， interactive function to be improved， and business models needed to be further explored. Then it puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the production of mobile reading contents.
