Research on the Value Chain Construction of Chinese Publishing Industry High Quality “Going Out”

Abstract:

Under the background of building a new pattern of international and domestic double
circulation, to achieve high quality “going out”, China publishing industry will face the hidden
danger of short-term rupture, medium-term decoupling of global publishing value chain and
long-term conflict in breaking low-end embeddedness. To eliminate these risks, repairing the
short-term broken value chain, hedging the risk of global value chain decoupling and realizing
the leap of value chain will be the feasible strategy. The strategy should focus on cultivating
global publishing value chain owners, improving the integrity, networking and scale of global
publishing value chain embedding and enhancing the synergy and security of participating in the
global publishing value chain.
