Abstract:

The proposal of a new pattern of“dual circulation”development provides guidance
for the Chinese publishing industry to cope with the“reverse globalization”trend and overcome
the impact of the epidemic. At the beginning of the“14th Five-Year Plan”， the Chinese publishing
industry should adhere to the idea of internal activation and external guidance， with the deepening
of the supply-side structure as the main line， the use and grasp of the“two markets”， while
adhering to the content standard and value orientation， with digital leading by intelligent publishing
technology， we will break through in market expansion， enterprise platform transformation，
product system optimization， service concept change， etc.， continue to release the potential
of the domestic knowledge consumption market， and build a benign publishing“going
global”ecology， and promote Chinese publishing industry achieved high-quality development
during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.
