Abstract: The emotional reconstruction logic of translating children’ s books in modern China lies in the era’ s demands of children’ s education, reading, and enlightenment. This thesis delves into the emotional reconstruction strategies of translated children’ s books from the perspectives of how social actors explored the integration mechanism of inter-linguistic emotional communication, and how they created a positive developing atmosphere for children. Specifically, translated children’ s books construct an emotional framework,“ sympathizing children and being full of anticipations”, through aggregated themes such as orphans, homeless kids, little heroes, role models, etc. By exploring emotional elements in texts such as concerns for our war-torn country, the affection between teachers and students, the love between parents and kids, friendship, and the beauty of nature, a dual path of both emotional education and moral education is discovered. The translation and publication forms are filled with great emotional wisdom, including visual satisfaction, narrative art, and scientific penetration. This exploration reveals the effects of emotional reconstruction, finding that social emotions and text emotions have achieved resonance. Concretely, with the self-examination about the tradition, individual identity is acknowledged; by seeking solutions to realistic difficulties, children are endowed with rights; to strive for future development, institutional improvements are made for children.
