Abstract:

This paper firstly puts forward the concept of theoretical theme publishing.

Then by discussing its necessity, importance and inevitability. The author argues that this

theoretical theme publishing is the objective requirement of the new era and also the mission

and responsibility of publishers，as well as the highlights of the inherent function of publication.

At last by refining its natural characteristics and publishing focus, it will contribute to the

development of theoretical theme publishing in the new era and new stage.
