The Construction of Value Chain of Cultural Industry from the Perspective of “Commercial Methods of KADOKAWA”

Abstract:

In the integration of new media era, the industrial relevancy and integration of cultural industry are
becoming stronger and stronger. This paper takes“Commercial Methods of KADOKAWA”as the breakthrough
point, and takes the interactive sharing mechanism of film and television, archives and publishing industry as
an example, analysis the interactive sharing mode of the film, archives and publishing, constitutes the“film
and television-archives-publishing”cultural industry value chain. Finally, according to the problems of“film
and television-archives-publish”cultural industry value chain at present, this paper points out the suggestions
for improvement of constructing the value chain of cultural industry:(1) improve the creative development path
of archives resources;(2) establish related industrial center alliance.
