Abstract:

High-quality science and technology books play an important role in the accumulation and
dissemination of scientific and technological achievements, the promotion of scientific and technological
achievements to actual productivity, and the promotion of China’s scientific and technological undertakings.
This paper is based on the publishing experience of the high-quality science and technology books with
several well-known domestic presses, analyzes the characteristics of high-quality science and technology
books from three dimensions of content, author and quality, and then summarizes the effective mechanism
of publishing: mechanism of quality, mechanism of operation, mechanism of talents, mechanism of fund
guarantee and mechanism of marketing.
