Abstract:

The selection and planning of scientific and technological periodicals is an important link of the
survival and development of sci-tech periodicals, and it is also an important embodiment of the practice of the
main body of the editor. Focusing on the experience of Data Acquisition and Processing in recent years, this
paper introduces the basic principles, the ways and methods of the topic selection. Topic planning embodies
the purpose of scientific journals. Finally, it further illustrates the importance of the topic selection by taking the
achievements Data Acquisition and Processing got as an example.
