摘要:

基于利益相关者视角,将学术出版“走出去”过程中涉及的利益相关者分为确定型利
益相关者、预期型利益相关者、潜在型利益相关者。发现当前学术出版“走出去”在宣传、内容、
出版、技术、服务、人才等方面存在不足,进而提出重视国内外市场需求,立足原创生产增强“走
出去”动力 ;推动出版机构间合作与技术赋能优化服务来提升合作力度 ;促进资源共享,创新人
才培养方式来加快“走出去”进程,从而更好地提升中华文化国际影响力,让世界读懂中国。

Abstract:

Based on the perspective of stakeholders, this paper divides the stakeholders
involved in the process of “going out” of academic publishing into definite stakeholders, expected
stakeholders and potential stakeholders, and finds that the current “going out” of academic
publishing has shortcomings in publicity, content, publication, technology, service and talents.
Then it proposes to pay attention to the domestic and international market demand and enhance
the motivation of “going out” based on original production; promotes the cooperation among
publishing institutions and technology-enabled optimization of services to enhance cooperation;
promotes the sharing of resources and innovates the training of talents to accelerate the process
of “going out”. To enhance the international influence of Chinese culture and make the world
understand China.
