摘要:

聚焦于 AIGC 生成技术在数字出版领域的应用场景、潜在的伦理问题,并以此为基点,
基于现实场景探讨未来人工智能介入数字出版领域的规制路径。首先,在技术层面上对 AIGC 与
数字化出版概念进行辨析 ;其次,在实践层面总结目前 AIGC 介入数字出版的具体应用,包括出
版物的选题策划、内容制作,营销发行以及用户反馈。并分析 AIGC 的介入为数字出版领域带来
的伦理规范变革。最后,从构建人机协同智慧创作生态框架出发,尝试为 AIGC 技术下数字出版
的良性发展提供有机融合的路径规划。

Abstract:

This paper focuses on the application scenarios of AIGC generation technology
in the field of digital publishing, potential ethical issues, and as a base, discusses the future
regulatory path of AI intervention in the field of digital publishing based on realistic scenarios.
Firstly, the concepts of AIGC and digital publishing are analyzed at the technical level; secondly,
the specific applications of AIGC intervention in digital publishing are summarized at the practical
level, including topic planning, content production, marketing and distribution, and user
feedback. And the ethical normative changes brought about by AIGC intervention in the field of
digital publishing are analyzed. Finally, from the perspective of building the ecological framework
of human-computer collaborative intelligent creation, it tries to provide an organically integrated
path planning for the benign development of digital publishing under AIGC technology.
