摘要:

对出版人才的培养一直是党和国家高度重视的一项战略性工作。新中国成立以来,对
出版人才的培养经历了发轫期、建制化、规范化和专业化等不同阶段。总的来看,其主要特点表
现为 :从培养出版干部到培养出版人才 ;“产、学、研”三大要素实时、动态地变化着,突出了不
同人才培养方案的各自特色。当前,出版学已具备了独立学科的必要条件,党和国家的重视程度
不断加强。文章回顾历史、立足于当下,为今后出版学科建设和人才培养提供了一些有价值的启示:
始终坚持“党管人才”,加强党对出版人才培养的顶层设计;明确“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、
为谁培养人”这一核心问题 ;人才培养活动和学科建设必须面向实践 ;应建立差异化的出版人才
培养模式和课程体系设置。

Abstract:

The publishing education has always been a strategic task that the Party and the
state attach great importance to. Since the founding of New China, the training of publishing
talents has gone through different stages, such as initial stage, institutionalization, standardization
and specialization. The talent training in New China has some main characteristics: from cultivating
publishing official to cultivating publishing talents; the three elements of “industry, university and 
research” are changing in real time and dynamically, highlighting the characteristics of different
talent training programs and their characteristics of the times; publishing has met the necessary
conditions for an independent discipline, and the Party and the state have treated it as more and
more important. Finally, look back on history and stand on the present, provide some valuable
enlightenment for future publishing discipline construction and talent training: always adhere to the
principle of “the Party manages talents” and strengthen the top-level design of education; define
“what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate people and for whom”; talent training activities
and discipline construction must be practice-oriented; differentiated publishing talent training
mode and curriculum system should be established.
