摘要：

从商务印书馆的筹办、资本数额、早期企业形态、业务结构的形成、夏瑞芳与张元济
的结合、商务的创业精神以及对标国际先进水平等方面，对其最初五年的创业历程，做了初步的
和必要的探讨，指出这五年的发展历程为商务印书馆奠定了坚实的发展基础。

Abstract:

From the organization of the Commercial Press， the amount of capital， the early
enterprise form， the formation of business structure， the combination of Xia Ruifang and
Zhang Yuanji， the entrepreneurial spirit of business and the international advanced level of the
Commercial Press， the initial fifive years of its entrepreneurial process， made a preliminary and
necessary discussion， points out that the development of the fifive years has laid a solid foundation
for the development of the Commercial Press.
