Publishing House’s Operating Strategies under the Background of Strengthening the

Abstract:

[Abstract] Under the background that the central government strengthens the evaluation and assessment
of the social benefits of publishing houses, publishing houses need to think actively about the operational
strategies they should adopt in order to truly achieve the priority of social benefits and the organic unity of
social benefits and economic benefits. This paper tries to analyze the specific management strategies from
four aspects: topic selection, publishing, product classification and performance appraisal, in order to provide
reference for publishing houses.
