Abstract:

The gradual rise of output of online literature and strengthen of copyright development chain did
not bring the standardization of copyright management. The online literature writers bear more infringement
than the literature platform in the bad copyright environment. These online literature writers usually exploited
by the platform while they encountered plagiarism and pirate. As for the reasons for bad copyright situation
of online literature writers, it includes the stronger position of online literature platform because the capital
advantage, and the weakening of‘ elite’ label of online literature writers because the freemium business
model, and the confused management attitude from government.
