Abstract:

Considering the particularity of the topic planning of E-learning community publishing， this paper
puts forward the topic selection model of the E-learning community. Based on the collection of hot topic and
topic filtering classification technology， it builds alternative selection database， and combines with artificial
perception to collect topic information， so as to explore the ways to enhance the organization efficiency of the
topic selection in E-learning community publishing.
