Abstract:

This paper makes a preliminary attempt to design the framework and technology of

the collaborative innovation platform for academic journals， and further points out that the platform

should be built by utilizing the technical characteristics of blockchain， such as decentralization，

co-construction and sharing， privacy protection， openness and transparency， with immutable

and traceable features. It can realize the functions of topic selection demand indexing， results

matching， peer review interaction， journal publishing sharing， value evaluation implementation，

etc.， so as to promote the in-depth integration of academic journal publishing system and

mechanism innovation， and make academic journals return to the standard of academic sharing.
