Abstract:

After more than ten years of practice of public interest welfare in China， public

welfare publishing has broken through the limitations of the original system and has become a

common and extensive cause of publishing industry. This paper analyzes the new situation of

public welfare publishing， and discusses the connotation and value of public welfare publishing in

the new situation on the basis of discrimination and analyzing relevant concepts， and expounds

the implementation path of public welfare publishing.
