Abstract:

In recent years, literature and art publications with the theme of poverty alleviation

have been produced rapidly, showing the construction characteristics of top-down collective

organization and collective production. It is a highly conscious and responsive integrated

practice of literature and art publishing, which has risen to the height of national engineering.

From the organizational production and practice guidance of writers’associations at all levels,

the literary and artistic practice of writers “going deep into life and taking root in the people”,

the active planning and tracking service of publishing institutions, to the value incentive and

reverse regulation at the evaluation level, all parties involved in collective production have

reached a consensus on the construction of the grand narrative of poverty alleviation, and

formed the upsurge of literature and art narration. The large-scale production of literature and art

publications with the theme of poverty alleviation not only shows the expectation and guidance

of the mainstream ideology to highlight the characteristics of the people and the times in literary

and artistic creation, but also witnesses the writer’s observation, description and analysis of the

vivid reality of the countryside, as well as the new changes and new atmosphere of China’s rural

economy, politics and cultural ecology in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.
