Abstract:

The fourth plenary session of the eighteenth proposed to innovate the law personnel training
mechanism， compose and use national unified legal professional core textbooks. Publishing national unified
legal professional core textbooks is beneficial to cultivate professionals who have a strong political standpoint
and a solid legal foundation， but we will encounter resistance from colleges， markets and public opinions
during the implementation process. Let our country to unify the core teaching materials of legal professional
is an important measure to create the talents familiar with and adhere to the legal system of socialism
with Chinese characteristics. Firstly， we must implement the measure resolutely and pay attention to the
compilation and representative of the authority during the implementation ; secondly， we should pay attention
to enrich the content of the teaching materials and make the viewpoint distinct and appropriate ; thirdly， we
could consider the implementation of teaching materials free of charge to reduce the resistance of promoting;
finally， we need to establish responsibility mechanism and promote law department to use national unified
teaching materials actively.
