Abstract:

Premier Li Keqiang put forward the Internet Plus strategy in March to encourage the application of the Internet in traditional industries. Against this background, the traditional publishing industry is striving to explore a digital road aiming at integration and development. In this process, copyright problems caused by the use of new technologies have created confusion to the publishers. This paper is a brief analysis of criteria of conviction for direct infringement and indirect infringement of technology-based network linking behavior on the basis of domestic and foreign judicial practice.
