Abstract:

This article discusses the threefold aspects as follows: Some editors have great skills at communicating with authors. Yang Zhishui distinguished herself by establishing good relationships with many authors such as Qian Zhongshu, Jin Kemu, Xu Fancheng. The main aim of developing publishing industry is to serve the culture. An editor acts as the explorer of cultural accomplishments, the chief designer of cultural products, and the gatekeeper of the cultural communication. With a certain time in a specific region, we can distribute high quality products, establish a brand and our own base, lay a good foundation for the future development.
