Abstract:

In the great context of the central mapping comprehensively deepening reforms, Chinese media systems reformation, along with complex entitlement circumstances and diversified interest interactions, does relate to resources allocation, elements integration, power distribution, interests competition and institutional arrangements,which needs a kind of mechanism of dialogue,integration and cross cooperation based on organizational collective behaviors. This paper, from philosophical perspective of ecological civilization, mainly focuses not only on the basic logics and paths of Chinese media systems evolution followed by media policy modes conversion and media systems selection,but current existing problems derived from power play and interests balance between the government, society and media, so as to help with the sufficiently theoretical preparation for deepening Chinese characterized media systems reformation.
