Abstract:

In the process of China book industry internationalization, publishing houses are forced to explore the
ways to go abroad. They are not familiar with internationalization and their international competitiveness is low. The
financial crisis provides some chances for Chinese publishing houses to go into western countries’ book markets.
Therefore, Chinese publishing houses should grasp the opportunity to rebuild the globalization ideology, to find new
internationalization modes, and to perfect the supporting system.
