Abstract:
Sci-tech publishing must take the road of specialized development to win the markets and the confidence of readers in the face of double difficulties with financial crisis and publishing sluggish crisis. It mainly contains the specialization of editing, marketing, and management, the characterization and specialization of sci-tech publishing, as well as developing, infecting and changing people’s consumption structures and manners effectively.
