日本用户参与型网络出版模式特色、内在驱动与发展趋势

Study on the Characteristics,Internal Driving and Development Trends of
Participatory Network Publishing Mode in Japan

摘要:

日本出版行业数字化转型过程中,浸入式社交媒介生态为用户参与型网络出版创造了
环境,助推其所占市场份额大幅攀升。本文以“成为小说家吧(小説家になろう)”“电网浮游都
市(アルファポリス)”“春意网(ハルメクネット)”“每日发现网(毎日が発見ネット)”等平
台为例,对日本的用户参与型网络投稿平台与社群参与型网络杂志两类参与式网络出版模式特色、
内在驱动与发展趋势进行分析。研究发现,日本出版社通过聚合用户阅读数据、实现出版链上下
游商家的“共赢”,其发展的内在驱动力来自传统出版行业萎缩带来的压力、业余作者对作品书籍
化的“憧憬”、用户(读者)对平台情感连接的期待。出版行业充分利用用户移动阅读习惯,进一
步细分化、专业化发展,开拓 IP 周边产品链将成为今后发展方向。

Abstract:

In the digital transformation of Japanese publishing industry, the immersion social
media has created an environment for user participatory online publishing,and the market share
of interactive and participatory online publishing has been increasing. This paper analyzes the
characteristics, internal driving and development trend of two kinds participatory online publishing
modes in Japan: online publishing platform, and social community connected online magazine.
It is found that Japanese publishing industry improve the quality of topic selection and sales
through network platforms and users’reading data, so as to achieve a“win-win”situation for
the upstream and downstream businesses in the publishing chain. The internal driving comes
from the pressure brought by the shrinkage of the traditional publishing industry, the yearning
of amateur authors for books, and the expectation of users for the emotional connection of the
platform. The publishing industry will subdivide and develop professionally, and develop IP
peripheral product chain.
