摘要:

在数字时代的大出版产业中,出版社将不再是唯一的著作权授权中心,不同媒体间相互授权的产业型态将导致一种从竞争到共享的态势。其中出版社和数字创作平台因各自接触创作者的优势,更有机会成为主要的数字著作权交易者或经纪公司。另外,过去总是处于被动地位的创作者,在数字出版流程中也将有机会不假他人之手自己经营自己的著作权。

Abstract:

The thesis points out publishing companies will no longer be the center of copyright trading.Mutual licensing patterns between different media will lead to a transition from competition to sharing.Among them publishing companies and digital creation network platforms will have more opportunities to be the copyright agents or companies because they have more chances to contact creators.On the other hand,the always passive-positioned creators,in the digital publishing prosess will also have the opportunities to control their own copyright without any help from others.
