基于融合出版流程的出版社组织创新研究

On Publishing Organization Innovation Based on Fusion Publishing Process

摘要: [ 摘 要] 在出版融合战略的指引下,为实现自身融合发展,许多出版社在技术、内容、运营等方面都做了 积极探索,但这些有益尝试很多并未取得理想效果。文章采用实地调研法和内容分析法,通过分析出版社融 合发展现状,发现传统的组织机制是制约出版社融合转型的最大障碍。对此,文章对出版社组织内部,包括 组织战略、组织结构、人力资源管理和企业文化建设等方面提出了一套创新方案,以期为融合转型中的出版 社提供改革参考。

Abstract: [Abstract] With the guidance of the publishing integration strategy, many publishers have done some positive explorations in technologies, contents, and operations to achieve their own integration and development, but many of these beneficial attempts have not achieved satisfactory results. The article adopts the field research method and the content analysis method, analyzes the status quo of the publisher’s integration development, and finds that the traditional organizational mechanism is the biggest obstacle to the integration and transformation of the publishing house. In order to provide reference for the transformation of the publishing house, the article proposes a set of innovative programs for the internal of the publishing organization, including organizational strategies, organizational structures, human resource management and corporate culture construction.
