attraction while submitting a paper to the academic journals, including the journal prestigious, journal service
(involving articles processing, proofreading, publishing cycle, article using mechanism and readership).
Subjectively, it also depends on the subjectivity of editorial team, including the chief editor， the editorial board
and editors. Meanwhile, some top international journals cases were taking as examples.
