摘要：

高品质哲学社会科学学术期刊是承载人类文明和荟萃学术成果的重要出版形态，办好
世界一流的高品质哲学社会科学学术期刊必须赓续编辑人员核心素质的全面发展。习近平总书记
给《文史哲》编辑部全体编辑人员的回信，寄寓着对全体哲学社会科学学术期刊编辑的殷切嘱托，
是新时代高品质哲学社会科学学术期刊编辑守正创新的根本指南。锤炼矢志不渝坚持党性原则的
政治品质、砥砺永不动摇坚守民族性原则的文化品位、雕琢笃定不移坚确专业性原则的工匠品行、
形塑毫不松懈坚负时代性原则的创新品性、培植恪行不怠坚定树人性原则的学术品德、熔铸锲而
不舍坚执开放性原则的国际品格是哲学社会科学学术期刊编辑务必涵育的重点。应当以主题教育
为引领，永葆哲学社会科学学术期刊编辑政治灵魂 ；以民族复兴为己任，赓续哲学社会科学学术
期刊编辑文化血脉 ；以工匠精神为钙质，稳固哲学社会科学学术期刊编辑专业骨骼 ；以时代大局
为主线，构筑哲学社会科学学术期刊编辑创新肌体 ；以编研同频为要义，深化哲学社会科学学术
期刊编辑学术身份 ；以学术交流为场景，塑造哲学社会科学学术期刊编辑国际形象。

Abstract:

High-quality philosophical and social science academic journals are an important
publishing form that carries human civilization and gathers academic achievements. To run a
world-class high-quality philosophy and social sciences academic journals must promote the
overall development of the core quality of the editors of philosophical and social science academic
journals. The president xi jinping's reply letter to all the editors of the editorial department of
Literature, History and Philosophy is an earnest wish for all the editors of academic journals
of philosophy and social sciences, and is a fundamental guide in the new era for the editors of
high-quality academic journals of philosophy and social sciences on maintaining the positive
innovation . In a word, the philosophy and social sciences editors of academic journals in the new
era must focus on cultivating political quality that adheres to the principle of party, cultural taste
that adheres spirit to the principle of nationality, craftsmanship that adheres to the principle of
professionalism, innovative character that adheres to the principle of modernity, academic integrity
that adheres to the principle of humanity, and international character that adheres to the principle
of openness. Specifically, we should take theme education as the leader to keep the political soul
of the editors of philosophy and social sciences academic journals ; take national rejuvenation
as our responsibility to continue the cultural vein of the editors of philosophy and social sciences
academic journals ; take craftsmanship spirit as the calcium to stabilize the professional bones
of the editors of philosophy and social sciences academic journals; take the general situation of
the times as the main line to build the innovative muscles of the philosophy and social sciences
editors of academic journals ; take the same frequency of editing and research as the key point
to deepen the academic identity of philosophy and social sciences academic journal editors ;
take academic exchange as the scene to shape the international image of philosophy and social
sciences academic journal editors.
