Abstract:

To evaluate the feasibility of an open peer review system， this study， will examine the benefits of
utilizing an efficient and practicable approaches to review and evaluation of journals that combined the benefits
of both traditional and open-public system facilitated via the Internet. It will， in turn，create a communication and
more friendly useful findings where those peer review systems will be beneficial to journals and scholars.
