介绍时间碎片化环境中移动媒体对人们的影响，以此为基础分析科技期刊通过移动媒体传播的发展思路，结合读者问卷调查结果，从读者定位、论文设计、宣传推广等方面对科技期刊移动媒体版的设想进行具体描述。

Abstract:
Describe effects of mobile media on individuals in a time-fragmentation environment, based on which the idea of scientific journals published on mobile media was conceived. And then a mobile communication notion of scientific journals was specifically described from the points of reader positioning, paper design and promotion.
