摘要：

在计划行为理论的基础上，结合期望确认模型与信息系统成功模型，建立用户对手机阅读应用软件的持续使用模型，通过在线问卷调查和实证检验，发现态度、主观规范以及感知系统品质、感知信息品质与感知服务品质对持续使用具有正向影响。最后，结合互联网企业产品运作经验，提出设计优良手机阅读应用软件的建议。

Abstract:

Based on systematic review and existing research, this study combines ECM and TAM with ISSM, to build users’continuance intention towards mobile reading model.Through the online questionaire and empirical testing with SPSS and AMOS, finds that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived service quality， perceived system quality, perceived information quality and perceived service quality have positive influences on the continuance intention.Combined with the authors’own practical experiences,the study makes recommendations on how to design better mobile reading products.
