Abstract:

By systematically sorting out various types of data since the establishment of the

Publication Fund, this article believes that the scope of the Publication Fund has been expanded

over the years, it not only covers various disciplinary fields, but also has a lot more social participants

than before. In addition, the approval rate has been stabilized, the allocation is reasonable, and the

efficiency of the Publication Fund’ s utilization has been significantly improved. In the past 10 years,

the Publication Fund has supported a batch of high-quality works with both social and economic

effects, and has cultivated a group of outstanding young publishing talents. It has played a positive

role in promoting the prosperity and development of the publishing industry in Hubei Province.
