Abstract:

Inthedigitalage,promotingtheintegrationoftraditionalpublishingandemergingpublishingisthe
surepathforthedevelopmentofpublishingindustry.Inthecontextofpublishingintegration,theconnotationof
editorialactivitiespresentsnewchanges.Itrequireseditorstounderstandtheconceptsandframeworkofbig
publishingandbigediting,toadoptproductmanagers’modeofthinkingandconsciousness,tostrengthenthe
awarenessofinnovationinproductplanning,andtofocusoncultivatingandenhancingprofessionalaesthetic
selectioncapabilities,multi-publishingcontentconstructioncapabilities,multi-channelcontentpromotionand
operationcapabilities,and “publishing+”businessinnovationcapabilities.Thisarticlebelievesthattheseare
theinherentrequirementsofeditorialworkinthecontextofpublishingintegration.
