Abstract:
Inthecurrentsituationoffiercecompetitioninpublishingindustry,theabilityofselectingand planningtopicsforpopularbookshasbecomeanimportantindextomeasurethelevelofselectingand planningtopicsforpublishinghouses.Inviewofthatpresentresearch,theconceptofgeneralpublicbookis redefined.Itexplainsthetimeattributeofpopularbooks:popularity,reality,timeliness,periodicity,commerciality andconvergencecoexist.Itwasindicatethatthatplanningofthechoiceofthepopularbookshouldtakethree opportunityoftheevents,thetrendcultureanditsownadvantagesinordertoimprovetheeffectiveness.
