Abstract: [Abstract] Literary and art books are increasingly playing an important role in meeting people’s growing aesthetic cultural needs. For the publication of literary and art books, we need to consider the unity of content and book design, the cultural context of the pre-text, and the guiding significance of the explanatory comment-text, the network hyperlink of the hypertext and the cultural derivative. Many accompanying text jointly create a book’s aesthetic cultural complex. Taking the literary books of “the beauty of books in China” as an example, the author explores the new paradigm of art books publishing from the theoretical perspective of the Omni-text of semiotics, in order to clarify the mechanism of the generation, dissemination and acceptance of the book’s symbolic meaning.
