Abstract:

This paper gathered the same terms between in standards and regulations of press and publication from the cooperated foot platform of GAPP（ General Administration of Press and Publications of the People’s Republic of China） and webs of
the four standard-committees, then compared the different explanations of them. The causes of the differences lied in the diversities of establishment aims, scopes of application, decision procedures and formulation main bodies. To develop coordinately,
standards and regualtions of press and publication must take the experience of each other as reference, moreover , we should
systematize and strengthen efforts to propagate the press and publication standards.
